We had three travel days in a row. I think that's a first for us!

Alvarado, TX to Lubbock, TX (344 miles)

Lubbock, TX to Raton, NM (334 miles)

Raton, NM to Fort Collins, CO (289 miles)

Stodgy Brewing Co: Fort Collins - Funky bar that we just happened to drive by that specializes in beer. It was a cool atmosphere and nice to just chill outside.

We spent 4 days in Fort Collins; we were able to connect with Chad's cousin Erin and husband Nate a couple times while we were in town. It was great to catch up on their recent travels and life in general.

Friday we will drive 450 miles to get back to the Salt Lake City area for a couple weeks.

The kids are both done with finals! Carter has 2 semesters left to complete his Mechanical Engineering B.S. at Weber State University and Chloe has completed her second year at the University of Utah, studying Nutrition.

We look forward to spending as much family time together as the kids' schedules allow while we are back. Chloe will be completing a study abroad class mid-May to the beginning of June in Florence, Italy, so we wanted to get back to help send her off.

The house we own in Ogden, Utah (where Carter lives) recently had some landscape work done. It's been a little over a year since we bought it, so we thought having some working sprinklers would be helpful! We will assess what other work might need to be done now that the weather will allow it.
